Bistro Wagon Rouge, Vancouver (East Village) – Red Wagon French Bistro Treats

Red Wagon 20001

From the good folks at Red Wagon whom brought you Crisp Pork Belly Sandwich with pickled vegetable, jalapeno, cilantro, mayo, and all that in a baguette; and that Pulled Pork Pancakes sitting in a bed of Jack Daniels Maple Syrup with Buttermilk Pancakes layered with pulled pork… comes Bistro Wagon Rouge. Officially opened late October, 2013. It is located on 1869 Powell Street (at the foot of Victoria Drive, where old Dockers Diner used to be, and a block away from Kessel and March). The space remains more the same but with a new zing in the air. The menu is said begin conservatively and than expand depending how adventurous all you prove to be… But we know they won’t disappoint! Be prepare for delicious food offered in a relaxed setting.
