Having missed the media launch party being super pregnant and all, it was nice to enjoy a delicious drink at the bar. They offer a strong bar program that includes cocktails, wine, ciders, beer and Mezcal.
We enjoyed a quiet afternoon on the patio before the lunch crowd rolled in. There are perks in being on Maternity Leave!
Four Winds Brewing – this liquid sunshine is like summer in a bottle. Deliciously brewed in reverence of the old world sour wheat ales of Berlin, this Berliner-style Weisse is light in body with a faint earthy mineral essence. Sour in nature and refreshingly effervescent.
Guacamole 12: Crispy Sunchokes, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, and Macedonian Feta.
Grilled Cactus and zucchini salad 13: avocado and citrus vinaigrette, mashed pinto beans and red grain rice. Option for queso fresco for $2.
Braised Beef Tongue Torta 12: spicy birria broth, pickled carrots and onions, avocado and queso fresco. The beef tongue was delicious and tender on its own.
