Gyoza Bar Ramen Vancouver is brought to you by makers of both Miku Restaurant and Minami Restaurant. This gyoza and ramen focused restaurant is located in an old heritage building on 622 W Pender Street. Exposed bricks, rustic wood panels and soft light creates a warm, casual, contemporary environment. A seat at the kitchen bar is perfect and intimate. I love watching the staff in action.

Unami Lunch Duo 17: Your choice of ramen and 7 pieces of Pork Teppan Gyoza. +3 to upgrade to a large ramen. This is perfect to have the best of both worlds. Between two people, if you are thinking of ordering your own ramen and sharing some gyoza, we highly recommend this option.

Pork Tonkotsu Ramen 13.50: Aburi pork char siu and tamago in a tamari-shoyu broth. The broth is smooth, rich and thick. The house made noodles, al dente. Ajitama egg was a perfect soft boiled egg. This is definitely contending to be the best ramen in Vancouver.

Tomato-Saffron Seafood Broth Ramen 17:  Chef Matsuoka signature dish. Classic ramen with tomato essence. +3 to add mussels, clams, prawns, scallops, chicken char siu and fresh herbs with ordered with a Unami Lunch Duo. The broth is fresh and exciting. I can’t wait to come back for another bowl. The ramen bowls are specially made by Hide Ebina to enhanced your culinary experience.

Teppan Gyoza 8 seven pieces | 16 fifteen pieces: Come to a gyoza bar, order some gyoza! Served hot in a sizzling hot plate. The gyoza were tasty with a juicy filling. They were crispy on the bottom with a soft heart. Only problem we had was it broke apart too fast and stuck to the bottom. But I do appreciate some soft skin.  Teppan gyoza comes with two delicious sauces: spicy garlic soy and unami soy sauce.
